  • Speaker Announcement - March 26th - 360 Leadership Workshop Series

    Dear 3ACE Community,

    We are delighted to announce that Rushia Brown, a celebrated professional athlete and dedicated leader, will be joining us as the featured speaker for our exclusive "Leading Through Challenges" workshop, tailored specifically for our 3ACE community schools.

    About Rushia Brown: Rushia Brown’s professional journey spans 17 seasons of international basketball across six countries and includes a successful seven-year stint in the WNBA. A Furman University and Southern Conference Hall of Famer, Rushia’s post-athletic career has been equally impressive, involving key roles in business development, nonprofit leadership, and community engagement. Her diverse experiences and commitment to mentoring others make her an invaluable asset to our event.

  • Conference Workshop Proposal

    Good evening 3ACE Connected Community. A major part of this year's conference will be dedicated to program building sessions led by members of our own peer network. We have started to assemble a list of topics that are critical to program building and would like to once again request that if you or someone from your program feels well enough versed to lead one of these sessions please complete the proposal form linked below. If you have any questions about these sessions in particular please reach out. Thank you. 

    Topics: 

    1. Achieving buy-in from students, athletic coaches, families, and school administrators. 
    2. Creating school-wide communication systems and structures.
    3. Eligibility monitoring and enhancement.
    4. Post-Secondary Planning

  • 3ACE National Conference Call for Workshop Proposals

    If you and/or a colleague are interested in presenting, we are now accepting workshop proposals. We recommend that you submit as soon as possible, as the schedule will fill up quickly. 
    We are looking for sessions that will incorporate best practices, program implementation strategies, and salient student-athlete development topics - aimed at the high school and middle school level.

    Hi Everyone.  As we start the holiday season, we would love to hear about some of the great stories, activities or accomplishments of your programs so far.  Please take a second to highlight something from your school and/or students as we head into winter break.

  • 360 Academy - Leadership 101 Virtual Workshop for Student-Athletes

    As promised, the 360 Sports Academy Foundation is thrilled to bring you the 360° Leadership Workshop Series!

    Our first session is a virtual leadership workshop designed specifically for the student-athletes of the 3ACE Community. This 4-part series will empower participants to build strong leadership skills that can be applied both in sports and in life.

    Opening Event: Hannibal Navies
    Kicking off the series, we are excited to feature Hannibal Navies, who will set the stage with an engaging session on the importance of leadership for student-athletes. He’ll share valuable insights and practical tips for developing impactful leadership skills both on and off the field or court.

    About Hannibal Navies:
    Hannibal Navies is a former NFL player and college football standout. At the University of Colorado, Navies was a third-team All-Big 12 selection and earned the team’s Defensive Player of the Year award after starting every game at linebacker. His experience and achievements make him an inspiring figure for student-athletes aspiring to lead.
