Miguel Ulloa is an Academic Coach and coordinator of the New Brunswick Play It Smart program. He is a graduate of New Brunswick HS and former Play It Smart student-athlete (’02). He went on to get his Bachelors Degree in Political Science with a minor in Art History from Norwich University (‘06) and earned his Master Degree in Athletic Counseling from Springfield College (’09).
In 2008, Miguel came back to New Brunswick to assume a role as a full time Academic Coach. Now having spent over a decade working as an Academic Coach, Miguel's passion for the profession is unwavering. He knows that the kids are the priority and that they don't care how much you know, until they know how much you care.
